Starting June 27, 2018, Networked printers and copiers are being reassigned to new IP addresses in preparation for transition to an ITS-hosted print server. A notice has been posted to printers that have been transitioned.
Windows Users: No action is necessary if you are currently mapped through the “neag-print” print server. You will be automatically transitioned.
MacOS Users: Printers will need to be removed and re-added to your computer. If you are comfortable doing so on your own, directions are posted to MyNeag under:
Operations > IT > How-To Guides > Printers, Adding on MacOS
For assistance with printers, please do any of the following:
- place a technical support ticket at techsupport.education.uconn.edu
- email firstname.lastname@example.org to generate a ticket
- call the Neag School technical support line at x3489
