Mail: Open a shared email account in web-based Outlook

  1. In your web browser, go to
  2. Click the orange “Office 365” button
  3. Sign in with your full email address and NetID password
  4. Open up the Outlook app
  5. At the top right, click your initials (or picture) and choose “Open another mailbox”
  6. Enter the address of the shared email account – ex: – and then choose the account and click “OK”
  7. The shared email account will open in a new tab
